I discovered that insight alone was not enough. Thoughts, emotions, the body, identity, and behaviour needed to be included in the same process.

A pattern is rarely just a thought to correct. It may be a protection learned long ago, a feeling the body has not yet learned to tolerate, or an identity that once helped us belong. When we work with the relationship between these parts, change stops feeling like a battle against ourselves.

That discovery became the foundation of my approach: understand the whole pattern, create enough stability to meet it differently, and practise a new response until it begins to feel like your own.
